It also explains your rights under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health information, race, religion, or political views) unless you voluntarily provide it and we have a specific lawful basis for processing it.
How we use your personal data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing your program application and communicating its outcome
- Managing your enrollment, coursework, and student records
- Processing tuition payments and issuing receipts
- Sending you program updates, schedule changes, and learning materials
- Providing access to our AI Learning System and online platform
- Matching you with a mentor based on your profile and goals
- Sending marketing communications about our programs (with your consent, or where we have a legitimate interest)
- Running targeted advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Analysing website traffic and improving our user experience
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations
- Fraud prevention and platform security
Our legal basis for processing under PDPA is generally consent (for marketing), contractual necessity (for enrollment and program delivery), and legitimate interests (for security and analytics). Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have assessed that they do not override your rights.
Advertising, Meta Pixel & remarketing
We use advertising tools to promote our programs and to reach people who may be interested in founder education. This section explains exactly what that means for your data.
Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
Our website uses the Meta Pixel — a small piece of code that tracks your activity on our site (pages viewed, forms started, applications submitted) and sends this data to Meta. We use this to:
- Measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads
- Show retargeting ads to people who have visited our website
- Build "lookalike audiences" of people similar to our applicants
- Optimise ad delivery to people most likely to apply
The data sent to Meta via the Pixel may include your IP address, browser information, and event data (e.g. "viewed pricing page", "started application"). This is processed under Meta's own privacy policy. You can opt out of Meta's use of this data for advertising via your Facebook Ad Settings.
Google Ads & Analytics
We use Google Ads to run search and display advertising, and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Google may use cookies to serve personalised ads. You can opt out via Google's ad settings or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
LinkedIn Insight Tag
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to track conversions from LinkedIn campaigns and to enable retargeting to LinkedIn members who visit our site. You can opt out via LinkedIn's opt-out page.
Conversion APIs
In addition to browser-based pixels, we use server-side Conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions) to send conversion data directly from our servers to the ad platforms. This improves measurement accuracy and reduces reliance on browser cookies. The data shared is hashed (encrypted) before transmission.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only with trusted third parties who help us operate our programs and marketing, all of whom are contractually required to protect your data.

|---|---|---|
| Typeform | Application form processing | EU / USA |
